In this post you are going to see how to add video effects in openshot video editor.

First import clips.
Drag & drop it on timeline.
You can see there is no effects applied to these clips.

Add Effects-

To add effects click on effects tab.
Drag & drop effect on clip to add it to the clip.

To open effects properties right click on the name of the effect on clip.
Click on properties.
Change the settings in properties window as per your need.

Remove Effects-

To remove effects from clip right click on the name of the effect on clip.
Click on remove effect.

So this way we can add video effects in openshot.
