In import section click on sounds. Here you can see lots of built in media files. To download these files you will need an active internet connection.

Once it will get downloaded it will play automatically in preview window.
Click on music to get some music files.
Scroll little to see the files.
Click on download button to begin the download.

For videos click on sample video. Click on download icon in the corner to begin the download.

For backgrounds click on backgrounds click on download button to download it.
