Drop video on timeline. Click on titles tab.
Click on opening. Drag & drop lower third on timeline.
In preview window click inside to edit the text.
You can edit it just like we edit title or subtitle text.
Click on the background of lower third in preview window.
In clip editing click on color & click on any color.
