First drag & drop the video on timeline.
For demonstration purpose splitting the clip.
Click on filters tab & click on retro.
Click on filter thumbnail to see it’s preview in preview window.
Drag & drop the filter on clip to apply it.
Remove effect
To remove effect click on the clip at clip properties section click on applied effects.
Click on remove button next to effect.
To reduce or increase applied effect drag the effect slider.
