In this post you are going to see how to scale and rotate video in cinelerra video editor.

Play the video in viewer. Drag & drop the video on timeline. Play the video in compositor

Scale effect-
Right click on the video on timeline. Click on attach effect.
Click on it & click on ok button. Play the video in compositor to check applied effect.
Right click on effect & click on show.
Click on size option, change the values to scale the video. Or change it using scale option

To remove effect click on turn off option on applied effect or right click on effect click on detach.

Rotate effect-

Right click on video & click on attach effect.
Search rotate effect click on it and click on ok button.
Right click on effect and click on show.
Click on any of the number under rotate. Or drag the
degrees handle to change the rotation.

So this way we can scale and rotate video using Cinelerra.
