start a new project by clicking on create new button.
Add video from media browser.
Play the video to check. You can see this video is nearly 9s long.
Click on the video on timeline. to open settings click on speed.
To make a slow motion video select the speed less than 1x. Click on right tick sign to close settings.
Click on play button to check it.
Click on save and share button and save the video.
