Drag & drop the video on timeline.
Import audio file to media bin.
Play the audio file to listen it.
Drag & drop audio on timeline below video track.
Play the video to check it.

second way –

click on import tab click on music scroll little to see the list. Click on it to listen. Drag & drop it on timeline.
