In this tutorial you will see how to use split screen in kdenlive

First import video clips. Drag video clip on timeline. click on the play button to check the clip. Now drag and drop the second clip above first clip on timeline Click on the play button to check the clip. You can see this video is hiding the first video. Click on transitions and search for composite Drag and drop this transition on second video and stretch it till the end of video. Click on the play button to check the clip. Click on view menu and click on properties to open properties window. To change the size of video inside size box enter the value in percentage You can change the position of this video by clicking on buttons as well. Click on play button to check the clip.

So this way we can split screen in kdenlive
