right click on the video on timeline click on tools & from pop up menu click on slow motion.

Or click on edit menu click on tools then clcik on slow motion.
Drag the slow motion slider towards left side to reduce the speed.
Now play the video to check it.

or right click on the video on timeline. Click on tools then click on general.
Under clip properties section enter less than 100 value in speed box to reduce the speed of the video.
