first import the video clip. Click on it inside project panel go to media viewer & click on play button to check it.
Drag & drop video on timeline. And play it in sequence viewer.Click on video on timeline & then click on effects.
Click on add video effect click on distort and click on flip.
By default horizontal option is selected so video will be flipped horizontally.
Click on vertical option to get vertically flipped video.
